Another recipe : Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients :

1 1/2 cups of caster sugar

1 1/2 cups of flour - all purpose or cake flour

3 eggs - size A

3/4 cups of cocoa powder

1 cup of evaporated milk

1 cup cooking oil or melted butter

1 cup of hot water

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of soda bicarbonate

1 tsp of vanila

Directions

a) Sift flour, cocoa powder,soda bicarbonate and baking powder together. Set aside.

b) Beat eggs and sugar until creamy and smooth.

c) Add in milk and oil to (b) and mix until combined.

d) Add (a) to (c), mix until combined.

e) Slowly add hot water.

f) Bake at 180 C , 40 to 45 minutes.

** Can also be used for cupcakes.

Banana chocolate cake RM20 per kg, free delivery for areas in Kajang and Semenyih. Made from fresh bananas. Moist and not too sweet.

The smaller cake weigh at half kg and sold for RM10 only.

For dearest Amirul

I made these for Amirul's cukur jambul. Although there is not so much hair, he surely was a good boy when they bring him around to snip a bit of his hair. I was not there though but my cupcakes are there representing me.
