As promised, I managed to try out the recipe Apple Banana Cupcakes. It was so sweet and moist. I subsituted the shortening to vegetable oil, as I don't have any in hand. I reduced the cinnamon powder to 1/2 tsp. Well, guys, this is the result of my hardwork. Try it andyou'll love it.
